乳化复合植物油粉对肉鸡生长性能、消化机能、血清生化指标和抗氧化机能的影响

摘  要:本试验旨在研究乳化复合植物油粉对肉鸡生长性能、消化机能、血清生化指标和抗氧化机能的影响。将120只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验组饲喂以乳化复合植物油粉为脂肪源的饲粮,对照组饲喂以常规大豆油为脂肪源的饲粮,试验期42 d。结果显示:1)试验组各阶段平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1~42日龄料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2)肉鸡在1~21日龄、22~42日龄对饲粮粗脂肪的表观利用率以及22~42日龄对饲粮钙的表观利用率表现为试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组十二指肠食糜胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)试验组血清总胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。4)试验组血清丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,乳化复合植物油粉作为肉鸡油脂类饲粮原料对肉鸡生长性能等指标上的作用效果优于豆油。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of emulsified compound vegetable oil powder on the growth performance,digestive function,serum biochemical indices and antioxidant function of broilers.One hundred and twenty 1⁃day⁃old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.The diet of experimental group was added with emulsi⁃fied compound vegetable oil powder as fat source,and the diet of control group was added with conventional soybean oil as fat source.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain of broilers during each stage in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain of broilers during 1 to 42 days of age was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).2)The apparent availability of ether extract in diets during 1 to 21 days of age and 22 to 42 days of age and the apparent availability of calcium in diets during 22 to 42 days of age in experimen⁃tal group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The trypsin and lipase activities of duodenal chyme in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).3)Ser⁃um total cholesterol content of broilers in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).4)The content of serum malondialdehyde in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase in experimental group was signifi⁃cantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the effects of emulsified compound vegeta⁃ble oil powder as oil and fat feed raw material on growth performance and other indicators of broilers are better than those of soybean oil.
