摘 要:本试验旨在研究包被屎肠球菌(EEF)、枯草芽孢杆菌(BS)及其复合菌对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肠道消化酶活性、肠道指数、免疫器官指数和盲肠微生物组成及多样性的影响,从而探究益生菌对肉鸡生长的调控机制。选用1日龄健康爱拔益加(AA)雄性肉鸡480只,随机分成4组,每组设置6个重复,每个重复有20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮基础上分别添加200 g/t EEF(活菌数为2.0×10^(10)CFU/g)、200 g/t BS(活菌数为2.0×10^(10)CFU/g)、200 g/t EEF+200 g/t BS的试验饲粮,饲养至42日龄进行屠宰、采样。结果显示:试验前期(1~14日龄),与对照组相比,单独或联合添加EEF、BS显著或极显著提高了肉鸡的末重(FBW)和平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05或P<0.01),单独添加EEF或联合添加EEF、BS显著提高了肉鸡的平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),单独添加EEF显著降低了肉鸡的料重比(F/G)(P<0.05);试验中期(15~28日龄),与对照组相比,单独或联合添加EEF、BS显著或极显著提高了肉鸡的FBW(P<0.05或P<0.01),单独添加BS显著提高了肉鸡的ADFI(P<0.05);试验后期(29~42日龄),单独添加EEF、BS显著提高了肉鸡的FBW(P<0.05),联合添加EEF、BS显著降低了肉鸡的ADFI(P<0.05),单独添加EEF、BS显著降低了肉鸡的F/G(P<0.05);试验全期(1~42日龄),与对照组相比,单独或联合添加EEF、BS显著或极显著提高了肉鸡的ADG(P<0.05或P<0.01),单独添加BS显著提高了肉鸡的ADFI(P<0.05),联合添加EEF、BS显著降低了肉鸡的ADFI(P<0.05),单独或联合添加EEF、BS显著降低肉鸡的F/G(P<0.05),单独或联合添加EEF、BS显著或极显著提高了肉鸡的欧洲效益指数(EPI)(P<0.05或P<0.01),单独添加EEF、BS显著降低了肉鸡的死淘率(MER)(P<0.05)。42日龄时,单独或联合添加EEF、BS显著提高了肉鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率(P<0.05),显著或极显著提高了肉鸡十二指肠内淀粉酶、脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶的活性(P<0.05或P<The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of encapsulated Enterococcus faecium(EEF),Bacillus subtilis(BS)and their complex bacteria on the growth performance,slaughter performance,intestinal digestive enzyme activities,intestinal indexes,immune organ indexes and cecal microbial composi⁃tion and diversity of broilers,so as to explore the regulatory mechanism of probiotics on the growth of broilers.A total of 480 one⁃day⁃old healthy Arbor Acres(AA)male broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group,and 20 chickens in each replicate.Broilers in control group were fed with a basal di⁃et,and broilers in experimental groups were fed experimental diets which supplemented with 200 g/t EEF(vi⁃able bacteria count was 2.0×10^(10)CFU/g),200 g/t BS(viable bacteria count was 2.0×10^(10)CFU/g)and 200 g/t EEF+200 g/t BS based on the basal diet,respectively.Broilers slaughtered and sampled until the 42 days of age.The results showed as follows:at the early stage(1 to 14 days of age),compared with the con⁃trol group,the single or combined addition of EEF and BS significantly or extremely significantly increased the final body weight(FBW)and average daily gain(ADG)of broilers(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the single addi⁃tion of EEF or the combined addition of EEF and BS significantly increased the average daily feed intake(AD⁃FI)of broilers(P<0.05),and the single addition of EEF significantly reduced the feed to gain ratio(F/G)of broilers(P<0.05);at the middle stage(15 to 28 days of age),the single or combined addition of EEF and BS significantly or extremely significantly increased the FBW of broilers(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the single addition of BS significantly increased the ADFI of broilers(P<0.05);at the later stage(29 to 42 days of age),the single addition of EEF and BS significantly increased the FBW of broilers(P<0.05),the combined addition of EEF and BS significantly reduced the ADFI of broilers(P<0.05),and the single addition of EEF and BS significantly reduced the F/G of
