价值提升视角下城市废弃地景观优化模式研究

摘　　要：探索在价值提升的视角下对城市废弃地进行景观优化的不同模式,以期为未来城市废弃地的价值提升提供借鉴和参考。通过文献研究法、归纳整理法和案例分析法得出以下结论:1)根据废弃地不同特征,可将其分为三大类别,分别是工业及基础设施类、采矿业废弃类和垃圾填埋场类;2)城市废弃地隐含一定的生态价值、社会价值、文化价值和经济价值;3)城市废弃地价值提升的4种模式分别是城市公共空间模式、创意产业园模式、新型居住区模式和工业遗址观光区模式。当今社会对城市废弃地进行多方位价值提升已然成为城市更新的必由之路,需根据废弃地所处环境和原始自然条件的不同,选择合适的处理手段和景观优化模式。This paper explores different models of landscape optimization of urban abandoned land from the perspective of value enhancement,in order to provide reference for the value enhancement of urban abandoned land in the future.The following results are obtained through literature research,induction and case analysis:According to the different characteristics of abandoned land,it can be divided into three categories,which are industry and infrastructure,mining waste and landfill.Abandoned urban land has certain ecological value,social value,cultural value and economic value.The four modes of improving the value of urban abandoned land are urban public space mode,creative industry park mode,new residential area mode and industrial heritage sightseeing area mode.In today s society,multi-directional value enhancement of urban abandoned land has become the only way for urban renewal.It is necessary to select appropriate treatment means and landscape optimization model according to the different environment and original natural conditions of abandoned land.
