摘 要:采用臭氧(O_(3))-序批式膜生物反应器(SBBR)组合工艺深度处理印染工业园生化尾水,运用控制变量法和对比研究法探究O_(3)-SBBR组合工艺的脱氮特性和机理。结果表明:1)碳源种类、碳氮比(C/N)、水力停留时间(HRT)和曝气强度是影响O_(3)-SBBR组合工艺效能的关键因素;当以乙酸钠为外加碳源、C/N≥5、HRT 2~4 h、曝气强度20~40 mL/min时,组合工艺对生化尾水中TN的去除率可达46%以上,N负荷达到0.018 kg/(m^(3)·d)。2)组合工艺处理生化尾水的主要步骤为:O_(3)先将尾水中残留的难生物降解有机物转化为小分子物质,提高废水的可生化性;在适当投加碳源的条件下,由SBBR完成去碳和脱氮,脱氮主要由SBBR生物膜中的微生物进行同步硝化反硝化(SND)过程来完成。The O_(3)-SBBR combination process was constructed to deeply treat the printing and dyeing biochemical tail water of industrial park.The methods of control variable and comparative study were used to explore the nitrogen removal characteristics and mechanism of the O_(3)-SBBR combined process.The results showed that:The key factors affecting the combined O_(3)-SBBR process were carbon source types,C/N,HRT and aeration intensity.When sodium acetate was used as the external carbon source,C/N≥5,HRT≥2~4 h and aeration intensity≥20~40 mL·min^(-1),the removal ratio of TN in the combined process could be more than 46%,and N load could reach 0.018 kg·m^(-3)·d^(-1).The main steps for deeply treat biochemical tail water via O_(3)-SBBR combined process was that O_(3)oxidized the refractory organic matter to small molecular substances,improving the biodegradability of the biochemical tail water.And the total nitrogen in the biochemical tail water was removed in the SBBR with adding appropriate carbon source.The nitrogen removal process was mainly completed by simultaneous nitrification and denitrification(SND)in the SBBR.
