摘 要:以活性炭原粉和氯化亚铜为原料,利用单层分散原理制备了Cu(I)负载一氧化碳活性炭吸附剂,探究了分散条件对分散效果的影响,不同碘值活性炭的分散阈值以及二次负载对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:300℃、1.5 h下CuCl的分散效果最佳;CuCl分散阈值与活性炭碘值成正相关关系;二次负载和单次负载相比可提升10%左右吸附性能。The Cu(I)-loaded activated carbon adsorbent for carbon monoxide adsorption was prepared by activated carbon raw powder and cuprous chloride,which was followed by single-layer dispersion principal.The influence of dispersion conditions on the dispersion effect,the dispersion threshold of activated carbon with different iodine values and the influence of secondary loading on the adsorption performance were investigated.The results showed that the dispersion effect of CuCl was optimum at 300 ℃ and 1.5 h;The dispersion threshold of CuCl was positively correlated with the iodine value of activated carbon;Compared with the one-times loading,the two-times loading could improve the adsorption performance by about 10%.
