摘  要:采用加氢法可以改善航煤的动态热氧化安定性破点温度。以典型航煤为原料,通过中试评价进行工艺条件对航煤的动态热氧化安定性的影响研究。结果表明:当采用高活性加氢催化剂,体积空速5.0 h^(-1)时,反应压力4 MPa、反应温度260℃,或反应压力2 MPa、反应温度280℃,破点温度可以达到340℃以上。考察了航煤烃类组成、杂质质量分数对动态热氧化安定性的影响,其中双环芳烃和碱性氮(1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉)影响较大。考察了精制航煤外部储存条件对动态热氧化安定性的影响,储存过程中实际胶质的衰变也会引起动态热氧化安定性变差。The breaking point temperature of dynamic thermal oxidation stability of aviation kerosene can be improved by hydrogenation.Taking typical aviation kerosene as raw material,the influence of process conditions on the dynamic thermal oxidation stability of aviation kerosene was studied through pilot test evaluation.The results showed that when the high activity hydrogenation catalyst was used and the volume space velocity was 5.0 h^(-1),the reaction pressure was 4 MPa and the reaction temperature was 260℃,or reaction pressure 2 MPa and reaction temperature was 280℃,the breaking point temperature was above 340℃.The effects of hydrocarbon composition and impurity mass fraction of aviation kerosene on dynamic thermal oxidation stability were investigated.Among them,bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and basic nitrogen (1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline) had greater impact.The influence of external storage conditions of refined aviation kerosene on dynamic thermal oxidation stability was investigated.The decay of actual gum in the storage process would also lead to the deterioration of dynamic thermal oxidation stability.
