摘 要:以Mo、Ni为活性金属,分别采用一次浸渍和分步浸渍法制备了不同类型的Mo-Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)加氢催化剂。利用XRD、BET、Raman、NH_(3)-TPD、CO-IR等手段,分析了浸渍过程中活性金属的相对比例对加氢催化剂性质的影响。结果表明:两次浸渍过程中活性金属的相对比例对加氢催化剂性质影响较大。随着二次浸渍与一次浸渍的比值减小,所得催化剂的酸量减少,八面体Mo物种含量增多。Different types of Mo-Ni/Al_(2)O_(3) hydrogenation catalysts were prepared by one-time impregnation and step-by-step impregnation with Mo and Ni as active metals.The effects of the relative proportion of active metals on the properties of hydrogenation catalysts during impregnation were analyzed by means of XRD,BET,Raman,NH_(3)-TPD and CO-IR.The results showed that the relative proportion of active metal had a great influence on the properties of hydrogenation catalyst.With the decrease of the ratio of secondary impregnation to primary impregnation,the acid content of the catalyst decreased and the content of octahedral Mo species increased.
