摘 要:超滤-纳滤工艺能提供满足人们对高品质饮用水的需求。研究了该工艺针对嘉兴水质提升实现的可行性。结果表明:按超滤、纳滤比例值为1.2混掺,硫酸盐、硬度和高锰酸盐指数下降,水质的口感及可氧化物含量有明显改善。系统回收率90%情况下,产生的纳滤浓水和超滤反洗水混掺后COD_(Mn)能满足GB3838—2002中Ⅲ类水的标准,可直排非水源河道。试验期间,纳滤系统压差稳定,超滤存在复合污染,经过清洗能得到恢复。该工艺在对提升嘉兴饮用水水质方面,能做出巨大贡献。Ultrafiltration-nanofiltration process can meet people's demand for high-quality drinking water.In this paper,the feasibility of the process for Jiaxing water quality improvement was studied.The results showed that the sulfate,hardness and permanganate index decreased,and the taste and the content of oxides of the water were significantly improved under the condition of ultrafiltration/nanofiltration=1.2.When the recovery rate of the system was 90%,the CODMn generated after mixing the nanofiltration concentrated water and ultrafiltration backwash water could meet the standard of Class Ⅲ water in GB3838—2002,and could be directly discharged into non water source rivers.During the test,the differential pressure of nanofiltration system was stable,and there was compound pollution in ultrafiltration,which could be recovered after cleaning.This process can make great contributions to the improvement of drinking water quality in Jiaxing.
