摘 要:针对联合站注聚驱采油污水处理,研制出了一种非离子表面活性剂复配聚丙烯酰胺与甲醇的新型污水处理剂UG,三者比例分别为26%、1.2%及34%,经筛选添加浓度后分析了其油水分离性能、破乳性能、絮凝性能等指标,结合现场试验对其应用效果进行了评价。结果表明:系列中UG-A处理剂多方面性能表现优秀,符合设计要求,同时还能缓解传统阳离子表面活性剂在油水分离方面的负面效应。经过联合站内多阶段细分调整试验,最终优选出UG-A处理剂最低经济质量浓度为12.5 mg·L^(-1)。A new type of wastewater treatment agent UG composed of nonionic surfactant polyacrylamide and methanol was developed for the treatment of oil production wastewater of polymer flooding from united station.The proportions of the three agents were 26%,1.2%,and 34%,respectively.After screening out adding mass concentrations,its oil water separation performance,demulsification performance and flocculation performance were analyzed,and its application effect was evaluated based on field tests.The results showed that the series of UG-A treatment agents had excellent performance in many aspects,met the requirements of composite design,and alleviated the negative effects of traditional cationic surfactants in oil water separation.After multi-stage subdivision adjustment tests in the combined station,the economic minimum mass concentration of UG-A treatment agent was finally selected as 12.5 mg·L^(-1).
