摘  要:以某厂沈北/大庆混合原油的渣油为原料、丙烷为抽提溶剂,进行了液-液抽提、亚临界抽提、超临界抽提试验,并将抽提试验结果进行对比,确定加工渣油的脱沥青工艺,寻找出适于制取微晶蜡料的工艺方案。结果表明:超临界、亚临界抽提可萃取馏分累积收率分别为48.1%和64.8%,二者相比亚临界条件溶剂选择性好于超临界条件。亚临界条件的丙烷脱沥青油得到微晶蜡收率为16.42%、滴熔点为83.2℃,而低温液体条件脱沥青油得到的微晶蜡收率为10.99%、滴熔点为73.6℃,表明对生产微晶蜡而言亚临界条件丙烷脱沥青优于低温液体条件。The residue of Shenbei/Daqing mixed crude oil from a plant was used as raw material,propane was the extraction solvent,the experiments of liquid-liquid extraction,subcritical extraction and supercritical extraction were carried out.The results of extraction test were compared to determine the deasphalting process of processing residuum,a suitable process scheme for preparing microcrystalline wax was determined.The results showed that the cumulative yields of supercritical and subcritical extractable fractions were 48.1% and 64.8%,the solvent selectivity under subcritical condition was better than that under supercritical condition.The yield of microcrystalline wax obtained from propane deasphalted oil under subcritical conditions was 16.42%,the drop melting point was 73.6 ℃.The results show that propane deasphalting under subcritical condition was better than cryogenic liquid condition for microcrystalline wax production.
