摘  要:轮胎等橡胶制品在使用过程中经常会发生老化,橡胶防护蜡作为一种橡胶防老剂能够显著改善此种现象。介绍橡胶防护蜡的作用机理、性能影响因素以及产品研究进展与应用现状。常用的橡胶防护蜡是由石蜡和微晶蜡调配而成的混合蜡,通过迁移到橡胶表面形成一层致密的保护薄膜,阻挡臭氧分子的攻击,蜡的化学组成(碳数分布和正/异构烷烃的比例)和环境温度是影响其防护性能最重要的两个因素。国内橡胶防护蜡产品虽然取得了一定的进步和发展,但与进口产品仍存在一定差距,开发高端化橡胶防护蜡产品将是今后橡胶防护蜡产品的主要发展方向。Rubber products,such as tires,often age during use.As a rubber antioxidant,rubber protective wax can significantly improve this phenomenon.The mechanism of rubber protective wax,the influencing factors of its properties,and the research progress and application status of its products were introduced.The commonly used rubber protective wax is a mixed wax composed of paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax.By migrating to the rubber surface,a dense protective film is formed to block the attack of ozone molecules.The chemical composition(carbon number distribution and the proportion of n-alkane to isoparaffin) and ambient temperature of the wax are the two most important factors affecting its protective performance.Although domestic rubber protective wax products have made certain progress and development,there is still a certain gap between them and imported products.Developing high-end rubber protective wax products will be the main development direction of rubber protective wax products in the future.
