摘  要:页岩气水平井在钻进过程中常面临井壁失稳、井眼清洁难和摩擦扭矩高等问题。其中,摩擦扭矩高会引发一系列安全问题,如起下钻阻卡、埋钻具和埋旋转导向等。为有效解决这一问题,利用环保性的改性植物油、复合表面活性剂、极压抗磨剂和降凝剂为原料,研制出了一种适用于页岩气水平井的水基钻井液用润滑剂TLP-1。室内评价显示,在基浆中加入润滑剂TLP-1后,基浆的表观黏度、密度、泥饼黏附系数和钻井液润滑系数变化值均符合要求。该润滑剂具有良好的低温流动性、抗高温性和抗盐性。与常用润滑剂RH-220、YKZJ-1、YRH-1和YRH-1D相比,TLP-1在基浆和现场井浆中均表现出优异的润滑性能,润滑系数降低率分别为93.5%和19.32%。During the drilling process,horizontal rock gas wells often face problems such as wall instability,difficult borehole cleaning and high frictional torque.Among them,high frictional torque can lead to a series of safety problems,such as start-up and downhole jamming,buried drilling tools and buried rotary guides.In order to effectively solve this problem,a water-based drilling fluid lubricant TLP-1 was developed for shale gas horizontal wells using environmentally friendly modified vegetable oil,compound surfactant,extreme pressure anti-wear agent and coagulant as raw materials.The lubricant meets the requirements.The lubricant has good low temperature fluidity,high temperature resistance and salt resistance.Compared with the commonly used lubricants RH-220,YKZJ-1,YRH-1 and YRH-1D,the TLP-1 showed excellent lubrication performance in both base slurry and field well slurry,and the reduction rates of lubrication coefficient were 93.5% and 19.32%,respectively.
