摘 要:对于低渗透裂缝性油藏常规型空气泡沫封堵效果差的问题,提出凝胶-泡沫复合化学封堵,是将凝胶的大孔道封堵性与泡沫的驱油性及小孔道的调驱性结合,发挥封堵与驱油的双重作用。实验结果证实,对比常规空气泡沫堵剂,封堵率提高了30.6%,驱油效率提升了12.3%。矿场应用表明,驱替流体波及面积增大,地层能量得到有效补充,生产井含水下降7.82%,平均日增油1.55 t,增油率为56.4%。室内实验及矿场应用均验证了凝胶泡沫油水井协同效果技术对低渗裂缝型油藏的治理有效性。For the problem of poor sealing effect of conventional air foam in low permeability fractured reservoirs,a gel-foam composite chemical plugging was proposed,which combines the large-pore sealing performance of gel with the oil-displacing performance of foam and the profile control of small pores.The combination of regulation and displacement can play the dual role of plugging and oil displacement.The experimental results confirmed that compared with the conventional air foam plugging agent,the plugging rate was increased by 30.6%,and the oil displacement efficiency was increased by 12.3%.The field application showed that the swept area of the displacement fluid increased,the formation energy was effectively supplemented,the water cut of the production well droped by 7.82%,the average daily oil increase was 1.55 t,and the oil increase rate was 56.4%.Both laboratory experiments and field applications have verified the effectiveness of the gel foam oil-water well synergy effect technology in the treatment of low-permeability fractured reservoirs.
