摘  要:在热采井的蒸汽吞吐开采作业中,套管-水泥环-地层耦合体会受到蒸汽多轮次高低温交替作用,造成套管局部产生缩径变形,水泥环遭到破坏,为了确保水泥环密封完整性,需要提高水泥环的力学性能,改善水泥石形变能力,从而提高水泥石抗冲击破碎能力。针对上述问题,室内优选孔隙支撑剂MX来提高水泥石抗压强度,降低水泥石的渗透率,同时选用柔性石墨弹韧材料GT-R,提高水泥石的形变能力和耐温性,基于主剂的基础上协同其他水泥浆外加剂构建了一套热采井抗350℃高温弹性固井水泥浆体系,并针对弹性水泥浆常规性能、耐高温弹性水泥石耐高温性能及高温水泥石电镜扫描进行分析。结果表明:该耐高温弹性水泥石具有良好的流变性,失水量小于35 mL,弹性水泥石经350℃与50℃交变高低温养护12轮次后,其抗压强度仍保持在29.1MPa,弹性模量为3.816GPa,说明该体系具有耐高温高强低弹性模量特点,保障了热采井高温多轮次注采条件水泥石高温增强特性和水泥环结构的完整性。In the steam huff and puff production operation of thermal production wells,the coupling of casing cement sheath formation will be affected by the alternating action of high and low temperature of steam for multiple rounds,resulting in local shrinkage deformation of casing and destruction of cement sheath.In order to ensure the sealing integrity of cement sheath,it is necessary to improve the mechanical properties of cement sheath and the deformation capacity of cement paste,so as to improve the impact crushing resistance of cement paste.In view of the above problems,the pore proppant MX was selected to improve the compressive strength of cement stone and reduce the permeability of cement stone.At the same time,the flexible graphite elastic material GT-R was selected to improve the deformation ability and temperature resistance of cement stone.Based on the main agent and other cement slurry additives,a set of 350 ℃ high temperature resistant elastic cementing cement slurry system for thermal production wells was constructed.The conventional properties of elastic cement slurry,high temperature resistant of elastic cement stone and high temperature cement stone scanning electron microscope were analyzed.The results showed that the high temperature resistant elastic cement stone had good rheology,and the water loss was less than 35 mL.After 12 rounds of alternating high and low temperature curing at 350 ℃ and 50 ℃,the compressive strength of the elastic cement stone was still 29.1 MPa and the elastic modulus was 3.816 GPa,indicating that the system had the characteristics of high temperature resistance,high strength and low elastic modulus,it could ensure the high-temperature enhancement characteristics of cement stone and the integrity of cement sheath structure under the condition of high-temperature multiple rounds of injection and production in thermal production wells.
