摘 要:采用全自动电位滴定法测定水基钻井液中总碱度的含量,用盐酸标准溶液进行滴定,考察了方法的灵敏性和准确度,通过多次对比实验,确定了仪器的最佳工作参数等滴定条件,从而建立了一种自动电位滴定法测定钻井液碱度含量的方法。同时,选取3个有证标准物质和4个钻井液样品测定总碱度含量,对其精密度、正确度、回收率等进行了研究。结果表明:电位滴定法根据电位电极的突跃点来判断滴定终点,判断更准确,结果优于国标方法,检出限为0.8mg·L^(-1),定量限为1.3mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为95.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1.0%,滴定体积控制精确、自动化程度高,避免了人工主观因素和操作人员技术水平的影响,极大地提高了分析结果的准确性,可作为国标方法的改进方法用于实际检测。Taking the standard solution of hydrochloric acid as the titrator,total alkalinity content in water-based drilling fluid was determined by automatic potentimetric titration method.Considering the sensitivity and accuracy of the automatic potentiometric titrator,the optium operating parameters were determined through several comparative experiments.The total alkalinities of three certified reference materials and four drilling fluid samples were determined,and its precision,accuracy and recovery rate were studied.Experimental results showed that,the detection limit of total alkalinity was 0.8 mg·L^(-1).The detection limit of quantitation was 1.30 mg·L^(-1).While the spiked recoveries ranged from 95.0% to 108.0%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 1.0%.This method can avoid the influence of artificial subjective factors and the technical level of operators,greatly improving the accuracy and precision of the analysis results.So it can be used as an improved method of national standard method for actual detection.
