摘  要:目的探讨在标本保存与运输过程中时长、温度、震荡对百草枯(PQ)染毒大鼠血液中PQ浓度的影响。方法于2021年3月,将无特定病原体(SPF)级SD雄性大鼠60只随机分为低剂量组和高剂量组(PQ染毒剂量分别为10、80 mg/kg),每组30只。每组按干预方法分为常温静置组、冷藏静置组、37 ℃静置组、常温震荡组、37 ℃震荡组5个亚组,每亚组6只大鼠。大鼠通过腹腔注射相应剂量PQ进行染毒,染毒后1 h通过心脏取血的方法获取血液样本,按照不同方式干预后,检测并比较每亚组干预前后的PQ浓度,结果 37 ℃震荡组PQ染毒大鼠PQ检测结果较干预前明显下降(P<0.05),其余亚组PQ染毒大鼠PQ检测结果较干预前无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 37 ℃下震荡4 h会使PQ染毒大鼠血液中PQ浓度下降。Objective To investigate the effects of duration,temperature and shake on paraquat(PQ)concentration in the blood of PQ-exposed rats during the specinen preservation and transportation.Methods In March 2021,60 SD male rats of Specific Pathogen Free class were randomly divided into low-dose group(10 mg/kg PQ)and high-dose group(80 mg/kg PQ).Each group was divided into 5 subgroups(normal temperature group,cold storage group,37℃storage group,shaking on normal temperature group and shaking on 37℃group),six rats in each subgroup.The rats were given intraperitoneal injection of PQ,1 h after exposure,the blood samples were obtained by cardiac extraction.After different interventions,the concentrations of PQ were detected and compared before and after the intervention in each subgroup.Results In the shaking on 37℃group,the results of PQ concentrations in PQ-exposed rats were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).In the other subgroups,the results were not significantly different compared with before intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The concentration of PQ in the blood of rats exposed to PQ was decreased by shaking for 4 hours at 37℃.
