万历《明会典》“都察院”部分两个版本的考察  

Investigation on Volumes 209 to 211 in the Two Editions of Collections of Codes Compiled During the Reign of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty

摘　　要：《明会典》是明代官修记载典章制度的史书,几经修订,最终于万历年间定稿。现在人们使用的一般是万历年间的修订本,常见的有中华书局的本子和《续修四库全书》的本子。通过对这两个本子卷209至卷211“都察院”部分的逐条比勘,结果发现:中华本与续修本共出现63处错讹,其中中华本表述错误的有13处,续修本表述错误的有50处。故认为:万历《明会典》卷209至卷211“都察院”部分,中华本的文献质量、史料价值优于续修本。Compiled in the Ming dynasty,Collections of Codes is the official historical records of codes and conventions.After several revisions,it was finalized during the reign of Wanli.Now the generally used edition is the one revised during the reign of Wanli,including the one published by Zhonghua Book Company and the“Continuation of the Siku Books”.Through careful comparison and survey of the“supervision department”sections in these two editions from volumes 209 to 211,it is found that there are 63 errors in them,13 of which are from the edition of Zhonghua Book Company and 50 from the continuation edition.Therefore,it is believed that the literature quality and historical value of the Zhonghua edition are superior to those of the continuation edition about the“supervision department”sections from volumes 209 to 211 in Collections of Codes compiled during the reign of Wanli.
