摘 要:为解决卷扬式弧形闸门启闭机双吊点启门力不平衡产生的各种问题,根据规范要求的启闭机双吊点的吊轴中心高差限值,分析计算启闭机双吊点启闭力的偏差允许限值。以三河闸工程为例,采用绳索张力仪直接检测启闭机双吊点钢丝绳的受力情况,通过调节启闭机卷筒上钢丝绳自由段长度,使双吊点启门力偏差保持在理论计算的合理范围内。此次调整实践总结的经验可为类似设备平衡性检测及调整提供参考借鉴。To address various issues arising from the imbalance of the lifting forces in the double hoisting points of the drum-type gate hoist for the arc-shaped gates,an analysis is conducted to calculate the allowable limits for the deviation of the lifting forces based on the specified requirements in the regulations for double hoisting points.Taking Sanhe Lock Project as an example,a rope tension meter is used to directly measure the tension in the steel wire ropes of the double hoisting points,and the free length of the steel wire ropes on the drum of the hoist is adjusted to keep the deviation of the lifting forces within a reasonable range as calculated theoretically.The experience and conclusions drawn from this adjustment practice can serve as reference for similar equipment regarding balance testing and adjustment.
