摘 要:南水北调中线干线工程是我国重点水利工程,闸门和启闭机的安全运行是保障总干渠输水安全的重要前提,需定期进行安全检测,在闸门安全检测中一项重要内容为闸门结构刚度和强度的复核计算。本文以南水北调中线北沙河倒虹吸出口控制闸弧形钢闸门为例,选用精度较高的三维有限元方法分析获取其面板、主梁、纵梁及支臂等部位的Mises应力云图与主位移云图,确定出最大应力值及位移量,进而对闸门结构刚度和强度进行复核分析,结果显示该闸门强度、刚度均满足工程使用要求。此分析方法可为后续类似工程提供技术参考。The middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a key water conservancy project in China.The safe operation of gates and hoists is an important prerequisite for ensuring the safety of water transportation in the main canal,and regular safety inspections are required.One important aspect of gate safety inspection is the recheck calculation of gate structural stiffness and strength.Taking the arc-shaped steel gate at North Three Rivers siphon outlet control gate in the middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project as an example,this paper utilizes high-precision three-dimensional finite element analysis to obtain Mises stress contour maps and principal displacement contour maps for the gate’s panels,main beams,longitudinal beams,and support arms.The maximum stress values and displacements are determined,and a reassessment analysis of gate structure stiffness and strength is conducted.The results show that the gate meets the engineering requirements in terms of strength and stiffness.This analysis method can provide technical reference for similar projects in the future.
