浅谈户主水库管理从规范化到标准化的提升

摘　　要：滕州市户主水库2017年被评为山东省一级水利工程规范化管理单位,2021年12月又以优异“高分”被评为省一级水利工程标准化单位,实现了由“省级规范化单位”向标准化管理“示范工程”的跃升。本文总结了户主水库规范化管理工作成效和工程标准化工作模式,介绍了水库不断提升工程高质量管理水平的工作方式,其主要经验做法值得推广,可供类似工程规范化管理借鉴和参考。In 2017,Huzhu Reservoir in Tengzhou City was recognized as a first-class water conservancy project with standardized management in Shandong Province.In December 2021,it further achieved the distinction of being rated as a first-class water conservancy project with standardized management,earning an excellent“high score”designation.This advancement signifies a transformation from a“provincial-level standardized management unit”to a“demonstration project”for standardized management.This paper summarizes the achievements of standardized management in Huzhu Reservoir and the working model of engineering standardization.It introduces the continuous improvement of the reservoir’s high-quality management practices and highlights valuable experiences and practices that are worth promoting.It can serve as reference and provide insights for similar projects in standardized management.
