摘 要:当前,我国家政服务业正面临着巨大的发展机遇,但是家政服务人员长期困于职业认同度低、工资待遇差、维权能力弱以及缺乏有效的社会支持等职业境地,而造成这些困境的深层原因是性别歧视、公民身份歧视和社会阶层歧视。为了家政服务行业的健康快速发展,文章探索在反歧视视角下运用个案、小组、社区和社会工作研究的社会工作方法对家政服务人员进行赋权增能帮助家政服务员摆脱职业困境,从而增强家政服务人员的职业自信和维护其合法权益的意识和能力,并营造有利于家政服务行业和家政服务人员发展的社会环境和政策环境。At present,the domestic service industry is facing enormous development opportunity.However,domestic service workers have long been trapped in low professional identity,poor wages,weak rights protection ability and lack of effective social support and other professional career dilemma.Gender discrimination,citizenship discrimination and social class discrimination are the deep reasons that cause domestic service workers to be in professional difficulties for a long time.For the healthy and rapid development of domestic service industry,this paper explores the use of social work research methods such as casework,group work,community work and social work studies empowers domestic service staff from the perspective of anti-discrimination to help domestic workers get rid of career difficulties,so as to enhance the professional confidence of housekeeping staff and their awareness and ability to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests,and to create a social environment and policy environment conducive to the development of housekeeping service industry and housekeeping staff.
