丹栀逍遥合剂对乳腺增生模型大鼠的药效学研究

摘　　要：本研究通过复制大鼠乳腺增生模型,探讨丹栀逍遥合剂抗乳腺增生的作用。采用苯甲酸雌二醇-黄体酮联用对雌性SD大鼠进行肌内注射造模,造模后分为模型组,他莫昔芬组,丹栀逍遥合剂低、中、高剂量组,灌胃给药20d,治疗结束后计算胸腺和子宫指数,测量血清中雌二醇(E_(2))及孕酮(P)含量,观察大鼠乳腺病理组织形态。结果显示:同模型组相比,各组大鼠子宫指数明显下降,胸腺指数明显上升,E_(2)含量降低,P水平增高,以上均有显著性差异。他莫昔芬组和丹栀逍遥合剂高剂量组乳腺组织病理形态基本接近正常组。丹栀逍遥合剂能抑制大鼠乳腺增生引起的乳头红肿和子宫肥大,同时调节血清激素水平,从而起到抗乳腺增生的作用。In this study,the anti-mammary gland hyperplasia effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao mixtures was investigated by replicating the rat model of mammary gland hyperplasia.Female SD rats were modeled by intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate-progesterone combination.After modeling,they were divided into the model group,tamoxifen group,and Danzhi Xiaoyao mixture were divided into the low,medium and high dose group.Stomach administration for 20d.After the treatment,the thymus and uterine indexes were calculated,the serum estradiol(E_(2)) and progesterone(P) contents were measured,and the histopathological morphology of the rat mammary glands was observed.The results showed that compared with the model group,the uterine index of the rats in each group was significantly decreased,the thymus index was significantly increased,the E_(2) content was decreased,and the P level was increased,all of which were significantly different.The pathological morphology of breast tissue in the tamoxifen group and the high-dose Danzhi Xiaoyao mixtures group was basically close to the normal group.Danzhi Xiaoyao mixtures can inhibit the redness and swelling of nipples and uterine hypertrophy caused by mammary gland hyperplasia in rats,at the same time,regulating the level of serum hormones,so as to play an anti-mammary gland hyperplasia effect.
