摘 要:人参系五加科人参属多年生草本植物,素有“百草之王”的美誉,为药食同源的珍贵药材与食材。人参的主要活性成分为人参皂苷,其中很多皂苷被证实具有良好的抗脑缺血作用。本文通过整理相关文献,对人参皂苷抗脑缺血的相关机制进行总结和分析,包括抗凋亡、抗氧化应激、抗炎、减轻兴奋性氨基酸毒性、影响Ca^(2+)电流、神经修复及神经保护作用等,以期为人参皂苷与脑缺血的相关基础或临床研究提供理论参考。Panax ginseng is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to Panax of Araliaceae,known as the "King of Herbs",and is a homology of medicine and food.Ginsenosides are the main active ingredient of ginseng,and many of which have been proved to exert good anti-cerebral ischemia effect.This article summarized and analyzed the relevant mechanisms of ginsenosides against cerebral ischemia by sorting out relevant literature,including anti apopto sis,anti oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory,reducing the effects of excitatory amino acid toxicity and Ca^(2+) current,neural repair or neuroprotective effects,hoping to provide theoretical reference for the future basic or clinical research on ginsenosides and cerebral ischemia.
