摘　　要：阐述了粗糠树果实的利用价值、利用现状和发展趋势,分析了我国粗糠树产业化发展中果实综合加工利用的技术研究路径,指出提取优质果胶是大规模资源化利用的最佳途径,以期为粗糠果的产业化开发提供有效的理论指导和参考。This paper expounds the utilization value,utilization status and development trend of Ehretia macrophylla Wall.fruit,analyzes the technical research path of comprehensive processing and utilization of fruits in the industrialization and development of Ehretia macrophylla Wall.in China,and points out that extracting high-quality pectin is the best way for large-scale resource utilization,in order to provide effective theoretical guidance and reference for the industrial development of Ehretia macrophylla Wall.fruit.
