摘 要:为综合提升发挥防腐木材与树脂改性木材的优势,在赋予防腐木材良好尺寸稳定性和力学强度的同时提高树脂改性材的耐腐性能。采用低分子酚醛树脂(PF)分别与木材防腐剂硼化合物、三唑类化合物、硼类与有机唑类复合物相互复配,制备防腐树脂复合制剂,对马尾松木材进行防腐树脂增强改性处理,研究处理材的物理力学性能及抗生物耐久性能。结果表明:防腐树脂增强改性材的尺寸稳定性随着树脂质量分数的增大而提高,当树脂质量分数20%时,处理材的体积抗湿胀率(V-ASE)均比素材提高30%以上。防腐树脂增强改性材的抗弯弹性模量、抗弯强度、顺纹抗压强度和表面硬度较未处理材分别平均提高了33.8%、27.1%、29.0%和60.6%;未处理马尾松木材的耐腐性差,室内耐腐性属于Ⅳ级,PF改性材属于Ⅲ级,而防腐树脂增强改性材均可达到强耐腐等级(Ⅰ级),抗白蚁性达到9.0级以上;经4年埋地测试,PF树脂复合三唑类防腐剂(PF-PT)处理试材的完好指数为10。综合以上结果,防腐树脂增强改性马尾松木材能有效提高其尺寸稳定性、力学性能、耐腐及抗白蚁性能,其中PF-PT防腐增强改性材达到了室外用材耐久性的要求,具备良好尺寸稳定及防腐防虫功能,具有较好的推广应用价值。To comprehensively improve the advantages both preservative-treated wood and resin modified wood,the target is to obtain good dimensional stability and mechanical strength of preservative-treated wood,and the excellent decay resistance of resin modified wood at the same time.In this paper,low molecular phenolic resin(PF)was compounded with wood preservative boron compound,triazole compound,boron and organic azole compound respectively to prepare preservative resin composite preparation,the masson pine wood was modified by the preservative resin composite preparation,mechanical and biological durability properties of modified wood were tested and evaluated.The results showed as follows,the dimensional stability of treated wood was improved with the increase of resin mass fraction,compared with that of the untreated wood specimen.When the mass frac-tion of preservative resin is greater than or equal to 20%,the anti-shrink efficiency(V-ASE)of the modified wood increased by more than 30%.Modulus of elasticity(MOE),Modulus of rupture(MOR),Longitudinal Compressive strength and Surface hardness of the wood modified with the preservative-resin composite preparation could in-crease 33.8%,27.1%,29.0%and 60.6%separately.The decay resistance of untreated wood was poor,and the lev-el decay resistance belonged toⅣ,pf modified specimen belonged toⅢ,and the modified wood by preserva-tive-resin belonged to grade I.The Anti-termite performance reaches above grade 9.0.After 4 years of buried test,the integrity index of pf resin composite triazole preservative(PF-PT)treated samples reached 10.Therefore,the preservative-resin reinforced modified masson pine wood can effectively improve its dimensional stability,me-chanical properties,corrosion resistance and termite resistance.The wood reinforced and modified with PF-PT preservative-resin meets the requirements of outdoor durability,and have good application value.
