摘　　要：对汉麻Alfin-like转录因子家族进行鉴定和生物信息学分析,为Alfin-like转录因子调控汉麻生长发育及抗性奠定基础。通过利用拟南芥Alfin-like转录因子蛋白序列作为模板,利用TBtools、MEGA等生物信息学工具分析汉麻全基因组数据。在汉麻基因中共鉴定出5个CsALs基因,对其进行了理化性质分析、亚细胞定位、保守基序、基因结构、染色体定位、顺式元件、共线性分析、进化分析及聚类分析等基础分析。结果表明:鉴定的5个汉麻AL转录因子均含有DUF3594结构域(PAL结构域)和PHD手指状结构域;经理化性质分析得出,CsALs蛋白质长度在239~256 aa之间,等电点在4.97~5.31之间,亲水性为–0.809~–0.623,属于酸性亲水蛋白;CsALs基因分布在4条染色体上,亚细胞定位发现AL转录因子均定位在细胞核;上游2000 bp启动子元件分析与光响应、胁迫响应和激素相关;根据与拟南芥、大豆、水稻、玉米、烟草等系统发育分析共分为B、E、F 3个亚族;热图聚类分析表明CsALs基因在汉麻中具有较高表达。Identification and bioinformatics analysis of Alfin-like transcription factor family of hemp lay the foundation for the regulation of Alfin-like transcription factor on the growth,development and resistance of hemp.In this study,Arabidopsis thaliana Alfin-like transcription factor protein sequence was used as a template,and bi-oinformatics tools such as TBtools and MEGA were used to analyze the whole genome data of hemp.Five CsALs genes were identified in Cannabis sativa,and their physical and chemical properties,subcellular localization,conserved motif,gene structure,chromosome location,cis element,collinear analysis,evolutionary analysis and cluster analysis were performed.The results showed that all the five identified AL transcription factors contained DUF3594 domain(PAL domain)and PHD finger domain,and the physicochemical properties showed that the length of CsALs protein was between 239 to 256 aa,the isoelectric point ranged from 4.97 to 5.31,and the hydro-philicity was-0.809,which was an acidic hydrophilic protein.CsALs gene was distributed on four chromosomes and subcellular localization showed that AL transcription factors were located in the nucleus.The upstream 2000bp promoter element analysis was related to light response,stress response and hormone.According to the phylogenetic analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana,soybean,rice,maize and tobacco,it was divided into three sub-groups:B,E,F;heat map cluster analysis showed that CsALs gene was highly expressed in Cannabis sativa.
