摘  要:为验证基于空化效应的超声波技术灭菌除污和净化污水的能力,采用比浊法测定了球形赖氨酸芽孢杆菌(Lysinibacillus sphaericus)的生长曲线,通过平板菌落计数法对超声处理后的芽孢杆菌进行了活菌计数,采用开路电位(OCP)、交流阻抗谱(EIS)等电化学手段表征了芽孢杆菌溶液中碳钢的电化学行为,以及测量了污染水样超声处理前后不同时间的化学需氧量(COD),结果表明经超声处理的芽孢杆菌菌落数量与未经处理的相比明显减少,尤其是当超声处理时间为2 h时,芽孢杆菌菌落数量由9.1×10^(6)cfu·mL^(-1)减少为7.7×10^(6)cfu·mL^(-1)。电化学实验中经超声处理后的芽孢杆菌体系与未处理体系相比腐蚀速率显著降低,并且经超声处理后污水COD值明显下降,低浓度与高浓度水样的COD值分别从51 mg·L^(-1)和850 mg·L^(-1)降低为8.4 mg·L^(-1)和740 mg·L^(-1)。以上表明,超声波处理对芽孢杆菌具有明显的杀灭效果,可在短期内减缓芽孢杆菌对Q235碳钢的腐蚀,对化学需氧量有明显的降低效果。To verify the ability of ultrasonic sterilization and decontamination based on cavitation effect,the growth curve of Lysinibacillus sphaericus was measured by turbidimetry,and the viable count of L.sphaericus after ultrasonic treatment was carried out by plate colony counting method.Electrochemical methods such as open cir-cuit potential(OCP)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)were used to characterize the electro-chemical behavior of carbon steel in L.sphaericus solution,and the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of contami-nated water samples before and after ultrasonic treatment was measured.The results showed that the number of L.sphaericus colonies after ultrasonic treatment was significantly reduced compared with that without treatment,especially when the ultrasonic treatment time was 2 h,the number of L.sphaericus decreased from 9.1×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1)to 7.7×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1).During electrochemical experiments,the corrosion rate of the L.sphaericus system treated with ultrasound was markedly lower compared to the untreated system.Furthermore,the ultrasonic treat-ment effectively reduced the COD value of the wastewater.Notably,the COD values of low and high-concentration wastewater samples also decreased remarkably from 51 mg·L^(-1)to 8.4 mg·L^(-1),and 850 mg·L^(-1)to 740 mg·L^(-1),respectively.The results presented above indicate that ultrasonic treatment has a significant bacte-ricidal effect on L.sphaericus,effectively slowing down the corrosion of Q235 carbon steel caused by L.sphaer-icus over a short period of time,and also substantially reducing the chemical oxygen demand.
