摘 要:淬火工艺对大尺寸厚壁钢管淬火过程中组织和残余应力有很大影响。通过数值模拟研究了30Cr2NiMo钢管经过不同工艺淬火后的温度、组织和残余应力的分布情况。结果表明:大尺寸厚壁钢管淬火后内应力主要集中在台阶处,可达600 MPa左右,在传统淬火过程中空冷一段时间,可以在保证组织与常规油淬基本相同的前提下,降低台阶处的内应力,将内应力最大值控制在500 MPa以内,降低了钢管淬火开裂的倾向。根据模拟结果得出本试验条件下30Cr2NiMo钢管优化后的淬火工艺为:油淬420 s+空冷480 s+油淬,淬火后钢管的细管处的组织为马氏体组织,粗管处表面为马氏体+残留奥氏体组织,心部主要为马氏体+贝氏体+残留奥氏体组织。Quenching process has a great influence on microstructure and residual stress of large size thick wall steel tube.The distribution of temperature,microstructure and residual stress of the 30Cr2NiMo steel tube quenched by different processes was studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the internal stress of the large size thick wall steel tube after quenching is mainly concentrated at the step,which can reach about 600 MPa.After a period of air cooling in the conventional quenching process,the internal stress at the step can be reduced,and the maximum value of internal stress can be controlled within 500 MPa,under the premise that the microstructure is basically the same as that of conventional oil quenching,which reduces the tendency of the steel tube quenching cracking.According to the simulation results,the optimized quenching process of the 30Cr2NiMo steel tube under the experimental conditions is as follows:oil quenching 420 s+air cooling 480 s+oil quenching.After quenching,the microstructure of the fine tube in the steel tube is martensite,the surface of the coarse tube is martensite+retained austenite,and the center is mainly martensite+bainite+retained austenite.
