摘　　要：大数据时代高校思想政治教育呈现新特质,亟待把握发展规律,厘清运行机理,聚焦精准思维,以精干高校思政教育队伍为基础,创新教育介体,优化教育环体,精准把握信息、精确靶向目标、精心供给需求和精研优化教育,在实践中推进高校思政教育精准化。In the era of big data,ideological and political education in universities exhibits new characteristics.Therefore,it is essential to grasp the development laws of ideological and political education in the new era,clarify its operating mechanism and focus on accurate thinking.Based on a capable ideological and political education team in universities,ideological and political education media should be innovated and the education environment needs to be optimized,and education information and goals should be accurately grasped.Moreover,education resources should be optimized to promote the precise development of ideological and political education in practice in universities.
