以监督谈话推进国企纪检监督工作高质量发展的实践与分析——以国企A公司为例

摘　　要：在国企纪检监督工作中,监督谈话是重要内容,是全面从严治党、依法合规治企、抓早抓小防腐的具体手段和方法。结合国企A公司近几年在监督谈话工作开展方面的具体实践,提出“扎实有效开展监督谈话、推进国企纪检监督工作高质量发展”的学理性思考。In thediscipline inspection and supervision work of state-owned enterprises,supervision conversation is an important content,which is a concrete means and method to comprehensively strictly govern the party,rule the enterprise in accordance with the law,and prevent the corruption by early crackdown on small corruption.Combined with the practice of supervisionconversations of Company A,a state-owned enterprise,in recent years,this paper puts forward the academie thinking of“carrying out supervision conversations in a solid and flfctive manner to promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work in state-owned enterprises”.
