摘 要:大容量、高电压水轮发电机投运后,部分发电机端部可能出现严重放电现象并发展成为较大安全事故,给发电企业的安全稳定运行带来了巨大挑战,为及时发现和处理这种发电机局部放电异常情况,本文首先通过制作线棒放电模型对3种最典型放电进行模拟,形成了具有参考价值的脉冲电流法局部放电图谱。其次,通过一个实际发电机故障案列的分析,以局部放电试验来验证放电图谱对放电类型判断的准确性。结果表明,脉冲电流法局部放电图谱的具有重要参考价值,局部放电试验和该图谱法对比显示准确性达到83%,基本满足现场有干扰情形下的应用要求。所述发电机故障分析方法为专业人员处理类似问题提供了参考方案,放电特征图谱对判断放电故障的类型具有明确的指导意义。After the large capacity and high voltage hydro generators are put into operation,serious discharge may occur at the ends of some generators and develop into a major safety accident It poses a huge challenge to the safe and stable operation of power generation enterprises.In order to timely discover and deal with this abnormal situation of generator partial discharge,this paper first simulates the three most typical discharges by making a bar discharge model,A pulse current method partial discharge graph with reference value has been formed.Secondly,through the analysis of an actual generator fault case,the accuracy of the discharge pattern in determining the discharge type is verified through partial discharge tests.The results indicate that the pulse current method has important reference value for the partial discharge spectrum The accuracy of the partial discharge test compared to this spectrum method reaches to 83%is relatively high.The generator fault analysis method described provides a reference scheme for professionals to handle similar problems,and the discharge characteristic graph has clear guiding significance for determining the type of discharge fault.
