摘  要:为有效提高垃圾发电机组的整体经济性水平,解决垃圾焚烧烟气对锅炉管道的腐蚀作用造成主蒸汽温度受限且不宜采用中间再热的难题,可采用炉外再热并提高主汽压力的措施。以55 MW级垃圾焚烧发电汽轮机组为研究对象,针对常规参数配置(方案一)循环效率低的问题,采用提高主汽压力和炉外再热措施,定性研究了不同再热汽源抽汽点的位置、再热温度和再热压力对机组经济性的影响。在理论分析基础上,提出了汽包抽汽再热循环(方案三)、汽机抽汽再热循环(方案四)方案。定量计算结果表明:(1)提高主汽压力和炉外再热可大幅提高机组经济性水平,且方案四最优;(2)方案四存在最佳再热压力,再热压力增大或减小,循环效率均降低;(3)相同锅炉吸热量下的机组功率,方案三比方案一大5.46%,方案四比方案一大6.61%。研究结果对解决主蒸汽温度受限且不宜采用中间再热的汽轮机组提高经济性具有重要的指导意义。In order to effectively improve the overall economic level of waste incineration power plant and solve the problem that the corrosion of garbage incineration flue gas on the boiler pipe causes the main steam temperature to be limited and intermediate reheating is not suitable,measures can be taken to reheating outside boiler and increase the main steam pressure.Taking the 55MW waste incineration power plant as the research object,aiming at the low cycle efficiency of the conventional parameter configuration(Scheme I),adopting the measures of increasing the main steam pressure and reheating outside the boiler,the impact of the location of the extraction point of different reheat steam sources,reheat temperature and reheat pressure on the unit economy is qualitatively studied.On the basis of theoretical analysis,three schemes of drum extraction reheat cycle(Scheme III),turbine extraction reheat cycle(Scheme IV)are proposed.Through quantitative calculation,the results show that:(1)increasing the main steam pressure and reheating outside the boiler can greatly improve the economic level of the unit,and Scheme IV is the best;(2)Scheme IV has the optimal reheat pressure,and the cycle efficiency decreases when the reheat pressure increases or decreases;(3)Under the same boiler heat absorption,the unit output of Scheme III and Scheme IV is 5.46%and 6.61%more than that of Scheme I respectively.The research results have important guiding significance for solving the problem of steam turbine unit with limited main steam temperature and unsuitable intermediate reheat to improve economy.
