摘  要:为解决火力发电厂制粉系统中各输粉管在实际运行时由于受到多种因素影响而出现的各粉管煤粉浓度偏差较大,进而影响锅炉的安全、环保、经济运行问题,本文设计了风粉分配器,采用数值计算方法对其流场情况进行仿真模拟,分析风粉在一次风母管分配器内部的流动规律,并提出了优化方案。结果表明,仅安装煤粉分配器无法达到预期效果,分配器4个出口中煤粉质量占比最大的达到了48.34%,其他出口的煤粉质量也无法达到平均水平。在分配器内添加导流板并调整角度,下侧导流板长度为1.5 m且与垂直方向的夹角为60°,上面三块板与垂直方向的夹角从左到右依次为50°、45°、30°是最优方案,采用此方案改造后分配器4个出口煤粉比例相差不大,与25%的均值较接近,改善了一次风粉母管内煤粉浓度分布不均的问题。所述改造方法可为其他类似情况提供参考。In order to solve the problem that the pulverized coal concentration deviation of each powder pipe in the coal pulverizing system of thermal power plant is large due to the influence of various factors during the actual operation,which affects the safety,environmental protection and economic operation of the boiler,this paper designs the air-powder distributor.The numerical calculation method is used to simulate the flow field,analyze the flow law of the air-powder in the primary air main pipe distributor,and propose an optimization scheme.The results show that the expected effect cannot be achieved only by installing the pulverized coal distributor.The largest proportion of pulverized coal quality in the four outlets of the distributor reaches 48.34%,and the quality of pulverized coal in other outlets cannot reach the average level.In the distributor,the guide plate is added and the angle is adjusted.The length of the lower guide plate is 1.5m and the angle with the vertical direction is 60°.The angle between the upper three plates and the vertical direction from left to right is 50°,45°,30°is the optimal scheme.After the transformation of this scheme,the proportion of pulverized coal at the four outlets of the distributor is not much different,which is close to the average value of 25%,which improves the problem of uneven distribution of pulverized coal concentration in the primary air powder master pipe.The transformation method can provide reference for other similar situations.
