摘  要:目的分析乳腺癌原位复发灶(RF)与术后瘢痕(PS)的超声图像,为临床诊断提供依据。方法选取2018年3月至2021年2月聊城市人民医院收治的125例乳腺癌保乳术后RF患者的临床资料为RF组;另选取同期170例乳腺癌保乳术后PS患者的临床资料为PS组,进行回顾性分析。分析RF与PS的超声图像。结果两组病灶形状比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组内部回声、有无钙化、血流分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌保乳术后PS与RF的超声图像在内部回声、钙化及血供方面存在明显差异,可为两者的鉴别诊断提供依据。Objective To analyze the ultrasound image of breast cancer recurrent focal in situ(RF)and postoperative scar(PS),and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods The clinical data of 125 RF patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were set as RF group.In addition,the clinical data of 170 patients with PS after breast conserving surgery in the same period were selected as PS group for retrospective analysis.Ultrasonic image of RF and PS was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in lesion shape between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in internal echo,calcification and blood flow distribution between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious differences in internal echo,calcification and blood supply between PS and RF in breast cancer after breast conserving surgery,which can provide a basis for the different ial diagnosis of them.
