摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜宫腔粘连分离术后应用性激素类药物联合阿司匹林辅助治疗的临床效果。方法选择2021年4月至2022年6月在南丹县人民医院进行宫腔镜宫腔粘连分离术的60例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组术后给予宫腔用交联透明质酸钠凝胶治疗,研究组术后给予性激素类药物联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组临床疗效、Smad相关细胞因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组胰岛素样生长因子-I、转化生长因子-β水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜宫腔粘连分离术后应用性激素类药物联合阿司匹林辅助治疗的临床效果显著,可降低Smad相关细胞因子水平,提高临床有效率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sex hormone drugs combined with Aspirin adjuvant therapy after hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion separation.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion separation in Nandan People’s Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate Gel in the uterine cavity after surgery,and the study group was treated with sex hormone drugs combined with Aspirin after surgery.The clinical efficacy,Smad related cytokines levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of insulin-like growth factor-I and transforming growth factor-βin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of sex hormone drugs combined with Aspirin adjuvant therapy after hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion separation is significant,which can reduce the level of Smad related cytokines and improve the clinical effective rate.
