摘　　要：目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)和中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对尿路感染患儿发生膀胱输尿管反流(VUR)的预测价值。方法选取2021年6月至12月上海市第一人民医院和江桥医院儿科收治的60例首次诊断为尿路感染的患儿进行回顾性分析,根据是否患有VUR分为VUR组(n=13)和非VUR组(n=47)。比较两组NLR和CRP,并通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析NLR和CRP对VUR的预测价值。结果VUR组CRP及NLR均高于非VUR组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,NLR的曲线下面积大于CRP,其敏感度为0.750,特异度为0.864。结论CRP及NLR均对VUR具有一定的预测价值,其中NLR的预测价值高于CRP。Objective To investigate the predictive value of C-reactive protein(CRP)and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)for vesicoureteral reflux(VUR)in children with urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 60 children diagnosed with urinary tract infection for the first time in the Department of Pediatrics of Shanghai First People’s Hospital and Jiangqiao Hospital from June to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether they had VUR,they were divided into VUR group(n=13)and non-VUR group(n=47).NLR and CRP were compared between the two groups,and the predictive value of NLR and CRP for VUR was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results CRP and NLR in VUR group were higher than those in non-VUR group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of NLR was larger than that of CRP,and its sensitivity was 0.750 and specificity was 0.864.Conclusion Both CRP and NLR have certain predictive value for VUR,and NLR has higher predictive valuet han CRP.
