盐酸利托君在前置胎盘治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究盐酸利托君在前置胎盘治疗中的临床效果。方法选择2021年5月至2022年11月曲阜人民医院收治的154例前置胎盘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各77例,依次予以硫酸镁和盐酸利托君治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者用药起效时间短于对照组,延长孕龄长于对照组,保胎成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠36周以上、产后出血、新生儿体重、Apgar评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸利托君在前置胎盘患者治疗中能够产生显著的效果,保障母胎安全,临床值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Ritodrine Hydrochloride in the treatment of placenta previa.Methods A total of 154 patients with placenta previa who received treatment in Qufu People’s Hospital from May 2021 to November 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,77 cases in the control group and 77 cases in the observation group were treated with Magnesium sulfate and Ritodrine Hydrochloride in sequence.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The medication onset time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the prolonged gestational age was longer than that of the control group,and the success rate of fetal preservation was higher than that of the control group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in terms of more than 36 weeks of gestation,postpartum hemorrhage,newborn weight,and Apgar score,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ritodrine Hydrochloride can produce significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of patients with placenta previa,ensuring maternal and fetal safety,and can be further applied in clinical practice.
