孟鲁司特咀嚼片联合吸入型糖皮质激素治疗小儿哮喘的效果

摘　　要：目的分析小儿哮喘采用孟鲁司特咀嚼片联合吸入型糖皮质激素治疗的效果。方法选取泰安市妇幼保健院2020年12月至2022年1月收治的哮喘患儿60例作为观察对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和分析组(n=30)。对照组应用吸入型糖皮质激素,分析组在对照组的基础上联合使用孟鲁司特咀嚼片,对比两组的治疗总有效率、肺功能、不良反应发生情况。结果分析组的治疗总有效率、肺功能、不良反应发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿采用孟鲁司特咀嚼片与吸入型糖皮质激素联合治疗的效果显著,可保障临床治疗的有效性和安全性,建议推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Montelukast Chewable Tablets combined with inhaled corticosteroid in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of 60 children with asthma admitted to Tai’an Maternity and Child Health Hospital from December 2020 to January 2022 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=30)and the analysis group(n=30)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with inhaled corticosteroid,and the analysis group was treated with Montelukast Chewable Tablets on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,lung function and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment,lung function,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the analysis group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with asthma,the combination treatment of Montelukast Chewable Tablets and inhaled corticosteroid has a significant effect,and can ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment,and is recommended to be promoted.
