摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理干预在宫腔镜子宫手术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取日照市妇幼保健院2020年7月至2022年7月收治的74例宫腔镜子宫手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组各37例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行快速康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后6、12、24 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜子宫手术患者中实施快速康复护理干预,能够有效降低术后疼痛、并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery treatment.Methods A total of 74 patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery admitted to Rizhao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain score of the observation group at 6,12 and 24 h after surgery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with hysteroscopic uterine surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and complications.
