多Z成形术与多W成形术在面部直线瘢痕中的修复效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨多Z成形术与多W成形术在面部直线瘢痕中的修复效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年3月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的146例面部直线瘢痕患者的临床资料,其中76例采用多Z成形术治疗,记为Z组;70例采用多W成形术治疗,记为W组。术后随访6个月,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后瘢痕颜色、平整度、弹性。结果:术后6个月,两组临床疗效等级分布和总优良率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组瘢痕颜色、平整度、弹性评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多Z成形术与多W成形术均是面部直线瘢痕修复中简单易行且安全可靠的整复技术,二者疗效均较为理想且作用相当,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the repair effect of multiple Z plasty and multiple W plasty in facial linear scars.Methods The clinical data of 146 patients with facial linear scars treated in the author's hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,of which 76 cases were treated with multi-Z plasty and recorded as group Z,and 70 cases were treated with multi-W plasty and recorded as group W.The patients were followed up for 6 months after operation,and the clinical effects and scar color,flatness and elasticity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results 6 months after operation,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the distribution of clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of the color,flatness and elasticity of the scars in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Multiple Z plasty and multiple W plasty are simple,safe and reliable restoration techniques in the repair of facial linear scar.Both of them have ideal curative eff ects and have the same eff ect,which are worthy of clinical application.
