摘　　要：乳房作为美学和功能的重要器官,随着乳腺癌的存活率明显提高,使得越来越多的女性对乳房重建的需求增加。自体脂肪是一种自体软组织填充剂,具有质地柔软、低免疫排斥反应,可广泛获得且易于收集等优点,目前用于乳房切除术或乳腺癌的保守治疗后的重建病例显著增加。本文系统性地回顾了近年来自体脂肪移植技术在乳腺癌术后的应用进展,包括目前乳房重建的临床应用、并发症以及安全性等,为自体脂肪移植技术在乳房整形领域和临床乳腺外科领域的进一步实践提供理论基础。Breast is an important organ of aesthetics and function.The survival rate of breast cancer increased signifi cantly which led to an increasing number of women who require some forms of breast reconstruction.Fat is viewed as the ideal filler.It is soft,non-allogenic,widely available,easily collected and so on.The use of autologous fat grafting for reconstruction purposes has increased significantly recently years.This article systematically reviews the application progress of autologous fat grafting in breast cancer surgery in recent years,including current clinical application,auxiliary technology,complications and tumor safety,etc.It provides the theoretical basis for further clinical application of autologous fat grafting in breast reconstruction field.
