摘 要:在全球提倡可持续发展环境下,面对节能减排、增效,传统燃油汽车市场受到了一定的冲击,传统燃油车的需求也逐渐减少[1]。所以在大的环境下,一些主机厂原供应燃油汽车的零部件生产线会根据市场需求变化做一些资源整合,减少或完全取代原有生产线设置产能,从而导致组装线与部分核心总成件的产能不匹配。如果市场某一产品需求大于现有产线最大产能情况下,如何平衡不同工厂间产线产能来满足市场需求就很有必要。本文阐述的是基于某一发动机工厂的市场需求跟现有产线产能有差异情况下,如何通过转运来平衡需求缺口的一种灵活排产的有效方法。In the context of promoting sustainable development globally,the traditional fuel vehicle market has been impacted by energy conservation,emission reduction,and efficiency enhancement,and the demand for traditional fuel vehicles is gradually decreasing.So in a larger environment,some main engine manufacturers'original production lines for fuel powered vehicles will integrate resources according to changes in market demand,reducing or completely replacing the production capacity of the original production lines,resulting in a mismatch between the production capacity of the assembly line and some core assembly parts.If the demand for a certain product in the market exceeds the maximum production capacity of the existing production line,it is necessary to balance the production capacity of different factories to meet market demand.This article elaborates on an effective method of flexible production scheduling based on how to balance the demand gap through transportation when there is a difference between the market demand of a certain engine factory and the existing production line capacity.
