摘  要:轻量化是汽车发展的方向之一,铝合金作为重要的轻量化材料应用于汽车车身中。本文讨论了铝合金作为汽车轻量化材料在车身焊接过程中存在的问题,并对电阻点焊、电弧焊、激光焊接和搅拌摩擦焊等方法进行了分析和讨论。这些焊接方法各有优缺点,需要根据实际工艺需求选择合适的方法。此外,为了优化铝合金车身的焊接工艺,本文还提出了一些优化措施,例如采用合适的焊接参数、预处理材料表面以减少氧化等。这些措施有助于提高焊接质量和效率,为汽车轻量化提供技术支持和指导。Lightweight is one of the directions of automobile development,and aluminum alloy is used as an important lightweight material in automobile body.This paper discusses the problems of aluminum alloy as a lightweight material for automobiles in the body welding process,and analyzes and discusses the methods of resistance spot welding,arc welding,laser welding and friction stir welding.These welding methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and it is necessary to choose the appropriate method according to the actual process needs.In addition,in order to optimize the welding process of the aluminum alloy body,some optimization measures are also proposed,such as adopting suitable welding parameters and pretreating the material surface to reduce oxidation.These measures help improve welding quality and efficiency,and provide technical support and guidance for automotive lightweighting.
