摘　　要：乌蕨是一种民间中草药,主治感冒发热、咽喉肿痛、烫火伤等,具有清热解毒、止血、抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、护肝、降血糖等药理作用,因此,素有“万能解毒药”之美称。本文就乌蕨的生物形态,清热解毒、抗炎、抗菌、护肝、降血糖的药理作用,有效的化学成分,临床的应用以及毒理分析进行综述,以便更加全面和深入了解乌蕨的应用范围。Black fern(Stenoloma chusanum)is a folk Chinese herbal medicine that mainly treats colds,fever,sore throat,burns,etc.It has pharmacological effects such as clearing heat and detoxifying,hemostasis,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant,hepatoprotective,and hypoglycemic effects.Therefore,it is known as the"all-purpose antidote".In this paper,we review the biomorphology,the pharmacological effects of fern,the effective chemical components,the clinical applications,and the toxicological analysis,in order to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the scope of application of fern.
