摘  要:针对铸造厂生产重型卡车发动机缸体铸件过程中人工监控循环水系统运行状态时工作烦琐、劳动强度大、故障得不到及时处理等问题,运用西门子WinCC(Windows Control Center,视窗控制中心,简称WinCC)6.0组态软件和S7-200 Smart PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器,简称PLC),基于OPC(Original Point Code,源信令点编码,简称OPC)通信技术、工业以太网及现场总线控制技术,设计了自动化循环水监控系统,实现循环水远程实时监控以及运行参数设置、报警记录、数据存储等功能。该系统操作方便、维护简单,运行稳定可靠,能减少工作量,缩短故障诊断时间,提高生产效率,具有良好的应用价值。An automated circulating water monitoring system with WinCC (Windows Control Center) 6.0 andS7-200 Smart PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) was designed on the basis of OPC (Original PointCode),Industrial Ethernet and FCS (Fieldbus Control System) so as to address such problems as complicatedwork,intensive labor and delay in handling faults when the system was manually monitored in the process ofproducing castings of engine cylinders for heavy trucks. The automated system is equipped with manyfunctions including real-time remote control, parameters setting,alarm recording and data storage. It is ofpractical applications because it is not only easy to operate and maintain and reliable in motion,but it can alsoenhance production efficiency by reducing workload and shortening time of fault diagnosis.
