摘 要:在对电动轮减速机构研究的基础上提出一种用于电动轮轮边驱动的双圆弧螺旋锥齿轮章动传动减速器。运用三维软件SolidWorks 2018完成减速器的三维建模,并对模型进行动力学和静力学仿真分析。仿真结果表明:减速器输出轴角速度相对误差值为0.22%,传动比相对误差值为0.20%,误差较小,满足章动齿轮减速器机构的设计要求;减速器齿轮副在啮合瞬间的应力主要集中在齿轮副啮合部分,齿轮副最大应力值小于齿轮选用材料的屈服强度值,符合强度设计要求。By analyzing the mechanical structure of the reductor of electric wheels,this paper designed anutation drive system with double-circular-arc spiral bevel gears for hub reduction gears. SolidWorks 2018 wasused to complete the three-dimensional modelling of the reductor,and the model was simulated in order to makea kinetic and static analysis. The results show that the relative error of angular speed of output shaft is 0.22% andthe error of transmission ratio is 0.20%,both of which are relatively small and meet the mechanical requirementof the design;and that the stress is mainly concentrated in the meshing part the instant gear pair is engaged,andthe maximum value of the gear pair is less than the yield strength of the gear materials,which satisfies thestrength requirement.
