摘 要:芒柄花苷为黄芪中黄酮类化合物的代表成分,有促进皮肤生长、增强免疫力等功效。不定根培养是获取植物活性成分的有效途径之一。该研究以膜荚黄芪不定根为材料,研究了茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)和水杨酸(SA)对芒柄花苷积累的影响。结果表明:MeJA处理显著增加了芒柄花苷的积累,最佳条件为向培养32 d的不定根中加入0.2 mmol/L MeJA、处理6 d,与对照相比增加了540%;SA处理虽然不能直接诱导芒柄花苷积累,但0.1 mmol/L的SA有助于MeJA诱导芒柄花苷的积累,较MeJA单独处理提高了39%。Ononin is a representative component of flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus,which can promote skin growth and enhance immunity.Adventitious root culture is an effective way to obtain plant active ingredients.In this study,Astragalus membranaceus adventitious roots were used as material to detect the elicitation effects of MeJA and SA on the ononin accumulation.The results showed that MeJA increased the accumulation of ononin,and the highest ononin content was observed when 32-day-old adventitious roots were treated with 0.2 mmol/L MeJA for 6 days,which was 5.4-fold higher than that of the control.SA treatment did not increase the ononin accumulation;however,the mixed treatment of SA and MeJA increased ononin content,which reached the maximum in the group of 0.1 mmol/L SA and 0.2 mmol/L MeJA,and was 0.39-fold higher than that of the MeJA(0.2 mmol/L)treatment alone.
