村干部信誉对农户垃圾分类意愿的影响研究——基于江苏省调研数据的实证分析

摘　　要：农村环境问题不仅关系到美丽乡村的建设,而且关系到广大农民的健康与发展。农村生活垃圾分类是建设美丽乡村的重要举措。该研究基于江苏省2301份农户的调研数据,利用Probit模型实证分析村干部信誉对农户垃圾分类意愿的影响。结果表明:“村干部信誉”显著正向影响农户垃圾分类意愿。农户的“年龄”“农户住址到镇中心的距离”对农户垃圾分类意愿均具有显著负向影响作用;“是否为党员”“政府是否宣传”对农户垃圾分类意愿均具有显著正向影响作用。因此,提高村干部信誉,加强政府宣传,规范法律法规,对提高农户垃圾分类意愿有积极作用。The rural environmental issues not only concern the construction of beautiful countryside but also affect the health and development of rural farmers.Rural solid waste classification is an important measure in building a beautiful countryside.This research is based on survey data from 2,301 rural households in Jiangsu Province and uses Probit model to empirically analyze the impact of village cadre’s reputation on farmers’willingness to classify waste.The results indicate that“village cadre’s reputation”significantly and positively influences farmers’willingness to classify waste.The variables of“age”and“distance from rural households to town center”have significant negative influences on farmers’willingness to classify waste.Meanwhile,the variables of“party membership”and“government publicity”have significant positive influences on farmers’willingness to classify waste.Therefore,enhancing village cadre’s reputation,strengthening government campaigns,and enforcing laws and regulations can have a positive effect on improving farmers’willingness to classify waste.
