摘 要:基于内聚力理论并结合有限元法,以邕宁水利枢纽拦河闸坝为例,分析了闸墩的开裂和裂纹分布,获得了闸墩开裂荷载、初始裂纹位置、开裂范围和裂纹宽度等局部信息。研究表明,型钢混凝土闸墩的裂纹最先在闸门挡水侧牛腿的上、下角点产生,随着施加荷载增大,牛腿闸门支撑面与墩体交线布满裂纹,并从上、下角点沿着墩体和牛腿支座上、下交线扩展;在对称荷载和非对称荷载作用下,型钢混凝土闸墩的开裂荷载/设计荷载分别约为0.656和0.624;1倍设计荷载作用下的最大裂纹宽度均小于0.3 mm,型钢混凝土闸墩的抗裂性能满足相关规范对结构裂纹宽度限值的规定。Based on cohesion theory and finite element method,the gate dam of Yongning Water Conservancy Project is taken as the research case to analyze the cracking and crack distribution of gate pier.The local information such as cracking load,initial crack position,cracking range and crack width in gate pier is obtained.The research shows that,(a)the cracks in steel reinforced concrete pier are first generated at the upper and lower corners of corbel on the water retaining side of gate,and with the increase of applied loads,the intersection line between the support surface of corbel gate and the pier body is full of cracks,and these cracks extend from the upper and lower corners along the upper and lower intersections of pier body and corbel support;(b)under the action of symmetrical and asymmetrical loads,the cracking load of the steel reinforced concrete pier is about 0.656 and 0.624 times of the design load respectively;and(c)the maximum crack width under design load is less than 0.3 mm,which indicated that the cracking resistance of steel reinforced concrete pier meets the requirements of relevant specifications for the structural crack width limit.
