摘  要:南水北调渠道修复是针对衬砌板结构发生破坏时,在不中断渠道输水条件下,通过钢制围堰箱单元拼组形成围堰干地修复条件。钢制围堰箱的主尺寸与工厂制造能力、运输和吊装能力以及围堰方案合理性等密切相关。通过对筛选出的18个围堰箱主尺寸方案,从适应南水北调渠道修复的围堰合理性和经济性角度对方案进行评价,最终确定围堰箱最佳主尺寸为3.9 m×2.6 m×1.5 m。良好的围堰箱主尺寸设计有利于提高围堰的适用范围和工作效率。The channel repair of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is aimed at repairing damaged channel lining plate in dry land environment and without interrupting the water delivery by assembling steel cofferdam box units as cofferdam.The main dimensions of steel cofferdam box are closely related to the factory s manufacturing capacity,transportation and hoisting capacity,and the rationality of cofferdam scheme.18 cofferdam box main dimension schemes are selected and evaluated from the perspective of rationality and economy of cofferdam,and the optimal main size of cofferdam box is finally determined to be 3.9 m×2.6 m×1.5 m.Rational main dimension design of cofferdam box is beneficial to improve the scope of application and work efficiency of cofferdam.
